The Registration Form must be completed and mailed to the address shown on the form along with the required deposit.

The completed Registration Form and deposit will get your childs name on the class list. A slot is not guaranteed until we receive the completed contract and tuition deposit.

Both pages of the Health Form must be completed for EACH child attending The Learning Garden. By State law, Health Forms must be on file with the school before the first day your child attends school.
